We work with both property developers and divesting property investors to source our stock. We even work with estate agents across our acquisition areas to find individual street properties to buy directly.
Developers
If you have properties that you are able to pre-sell (including any s106 requirements) then we can buy off plan for many of our local authority needs. We can purchase up to 50 homes in any given development. We would be happy to explain our criteria and clarify any questions that you may have - please do get in touch.
Investors
