Home Safe Housing was conceived by Prowgress, a Hague based social impact fund and UK Structured Finance, a social investment banking boutique, to deliver affordable homes across England.
Both Prowgress and UKSF are ‘Social Entrepreneurs’ who seek a capped fee based return for the provision of social good. The partnership has resulted in the current Home Safe delivery team (which also includes a raft of professional advisors from property, legal and financial worlds).

Home Safe depends upon its social delivery team to operate. From the Chairman down to the admin assistant, everyone at Home Safe is dedicated to the provision of affordable housing offers to Council residents with a housing need.
