We then let the homes at affordable rents to people with a housing need through our partner local authorities.

Are you a Property Developer or Investor looking to sell stock?

Home Safe Housing does buy homes from developers (we will satisfy your s106 requirements) and portfolios of houses from investors looking to move to different investment areas.
