Delivery Director

Paul (ICIOB MIoD MInstRE) is highly experienced Project Director having delivered a multiple highly complex projects over a 30yr engineering career. Initially a member of the British Army (HM Corps of Royal Engineers) for a period of 15yrs, Paul served operationally in the first Gulf War, Kosovo and Afghanistan. Following this, Paul has undertaken several senior Project Director roles including in organisations such as the Port of Tyne (leading of multi-million pound infrastructure upgrades) and ENER-G, a multi-national renewable energy company delivering power stations.

Latterly, Paul is the Project Director delivering and supporting UKSF in social housing, student accommodation and power projects nationally. Paul is ultimately responsible for the delivery of the housing refurbishment and fit out programmes for Home Safe Housing. Outside of the office, Paul is heavily involved in politics and is currently the Leader of a local authority in the north west of England.
