Acquisition Director

Josh is responsible for the sourcing of street properties from the open market. Originally trained as an estate agent in the early part of the Millennium, Josh came over to the Team in 2005 to help us find our first street properties within Ealing for the Safe Haven project.

Josh was incredibly successful in this role, and sourced 201 units within two years actually below the initial year one budget that had been set for the Project. Josh also assisted with the entire acquisition process, streamlining the surveys and valuations, conveyancing process and refurbishment and fit-out.

Now with over twenty years of experience, Josh is excited to be leading the Team’s next 1,000 home acquisition programme.
