Having graduated from the world-renowned arts and design college Central St Martins, Nicola enjoyed a successful career within retail, first as a professional buyer for famous brands such as Marks and Spencer and then in the Bridal business as an award winning boutique owner.

As a devoted mother of three girls, step-mother to three boys and foster parent to two wonderful wards, Nicola has always been a people person and has developed a unique understanding of the meaning of family.  She has experience within the charitable sector already as a Trustee of Chiltern Student Villages (a charity to help students live in affordable decent quality accommodation in Buckinghamshire) and we are delighted that she is able to join our team to lead on planning, design and people.
